2000 ~ 2004

Venture People Corp. founded (Medison Tower, Daichi-dong)

Commenced executive search business. Introduced self-developed ATS (Application Tracking System).Office relocated to 12th Fl. at City Air Tower , Samsung-dong.

Acquired Yeouido Business Center. Established Banking & Finance Search Division. Launched a professional search brand, ‘People Consulting Group’.

2005 ~ 2007

Joined NPA (National Personnel Associate Inc. Inc.), a global association and networking organization for executive search and recruitment firms. Opened second office on 23rd Fl. at City Air Tower, Samsung-dong.

Nominated as the official strategic executive search and recruitment partner firm by Alumni Association of Yonsei University. Opened an affiliate office in Singapore. Registered at KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) as an official affiliate executive search and recruitment firm for foreign investors.Nominated as the official career management partner firm by KAIST, the School of Management.

2008 ~ 2012

Selected as “The Best Employment Service Agency” by The Ministry of Labor with validation for 3 years. Expanded and consolidated office space at 23rd Fl. in City Air Tower, Samsung-dong. Selected as “The Best Employment Service Agency” by the Ministry of Labor consecutively for 2nd time in a row with validation for 3 years. Nominated as the official partner firm by the Graduate School of Seoul National University in Resume Clinic and Employment Consulting Program. Launched a new executive search brand, “People and Partners”.

2014 ~ 2019

Consolidated all brands into “Venture People”.

Selected as “The Best Employment Service Agency” by The Ministry of Labor consecutively for 3rd time in a row with validation for 3 years. Established an alliance partnership with JobIndex Korea, service provider in digital R networking services in Smart DB System, Career Contents Curation, etc
