주요업무
• This role will overseas and manage operations of R&D projects for R&D Center
- Develop research plan and manage medium/long-term strategic planning
- Overseas and manage operations of R&D projects
- Review patent and technology, and evaluate its technology value
- Keep current with trends in the industry with market research and networking
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationship with industry and Universities
- Collaborate with University Labs to work on Automotive Development project
- Build strong partnerships with leadership and HQ R&D Planning team

자격 요건
• Master’s degree in related major (Mobility, Composite, etc.)
-MOT (Management of Technology) plus
• 5+ years of related experiences
• Experience or understanding of recruitment process for manufacturing-based companies
• Network Experience working M&A and introduction of new technology is preferred
• Native in English, Proficiency in Korean is required
