# 직무 개요
- Implement and manage the following company processes: financial, administrative, information processes.
- Support and prepare for the Budget / Business Plan Process and Reporting in accordance 
- Provide accurate financial analysis and recommendations for strategic decisions
- Propose improvement to system, methods of work and analysis methods.
- Produce accurate accounting records and have respect for local regulation and company rules.

# 경력 요건
- University degree and/or CA/CPA qualified with 5-7 years experience in accounting and finance in an international consumer goods firm.
- Fluent English
- Strong project management experience
- Knowledge of international accounting and Group accounting and financial rules.
- Knowledge of regional products, business culture, industrial flows
- Innovation skill to design and implement new processes in different local environments
- Anticipation to adapt to future needs
- Analytical skills with a global vision to drive accurate business and financial results analysis and recommendations.
- Strong communication skills.
