* 담당업무

- Drive traffics and sales by leading the team of performance marketing, ecommerce operations,

  product management and platform management

- Formulate ecommerce and digital strategy in line with Korea growth roadmap and omni channel service

- Build or deepen relationships with external partners including brands, affiliates, digital agency to

  continuously offer attractive assortments, promotions and customer experiences. 

- Actively grow customer base leveraging on Beauty Pass membership program and through

  extended affiliate platforms

- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing to run locally relevant campaigns or increase conversions.

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

  Work with the development team to localize and enhance eCommerce services.

- Analyze data to drive strategies for customer acquisition / retention, and maximize for lifetime value.

  Streamline end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. 

- Own the performance roadmap for ecommerce stores, drive short-term solutions,

  in both store management and marketing tactics, while developing long-term opportunities for

  new digital customer acquisition and conversion.

* 자격요건

- More than 6 years of e-commerce experience with related field

- Experience in team management  

- Strong multi-channel marketing skills
