담당업무

- HR data analytics and System Improvement:  Proactively analyze HR and market data.  participates in relevant

 corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies

 and procedures, Leads and/or serves on project teams as assigned.

- Human Capital Planning: Translate business unit’s strategic/operating plan into tangible Human Capital

  Planning needs and projects.

- Organizational Change: Proactively diagnose organizational issues which will require organization design

  and/or change management efforts to resolve. Lead and/or coordinate projects to address issues.          

- Performance Management and Talent Review: Work with business leaders to make needed decisions on

  Performance management and facilitate talent review.

- Strategic staffing and Planning: Actively participate in strategic planning process and develop HR strategic

  plans in support of business strategic plan.           

- Employee relation: Facilitate employee engagement and relation activity within organization

 

자격요건

- A Bachelor level university or above is generally required.

- MIn. 10 years of relevant HR experience is required.

- Experience in HR analytics and system improvement

- In-depth knowledge and experience of employee relations and human networks

- Proficiency in English both written and speaking.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
