직무개요

- Responsible for managing industrial accounts mainly related to home appliance

- Develop and execute account strategy including an ambitious annual revenue plan and target plan

- Translate customers’ strategies and priorities into joint innovation roadmaps

- Builds new product development pipelines and develop influential network on all key levels and dimensions

  of responsible accounts

- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Henkel products and their application in customer processes

- Keep pace with changes in practical daily business usage of business software and communication equipment

- Manage expense budget and company property effectively

- Communicate with internal stakeholders on a regular basis to share information and get feedback

자격요건

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Material Engineering or equivalent is required (Master’s Degree is plus)

- Minimum of ten years total work experience is preferred especially in Adhesive or related industry

- Minimum of five years work experience in Sales or Account Management is preferred

- Fluency in English and Korean is required
