담당업무
- To lead & establish yearly/monthly/daily sales planning & tracking process across own- and 3rd party-
platforms, to manage risks and opportunities and to support delivering overall e-com targets.
- Work closely with head of e-commerce to deliver sophisticated target setting, track business status and build
scenario planning to support decision making in rapidly shifting sales environment.
- Lead to elevate business reporting/analysis framework for overall business status and planning
(traffic/conversion/ATV/Volume), e-com dashboards, campaign analysis,competitor benchmarking, and consumer
analytics.
- Lead team to manage in-bound (Buy), out-bound (sales) and inventory planning to keep inventory balance in
3PL DC, lead monthly planning process for inventory management.
- Develop and drive the eCommerce analytics, implement analytics tools/reporting framework within Korea e
commerce so that every decision maker has access to the information needed in the way they want it
dashboards, visualization tools, reports etc.
- Collaborate with finance team to manage financial process of RFC submission, IBP management, P&L
management etc.
- To align & define methodology from net sales to OTB with buying team, working with buying team to drive key
category/franchise management and facilitate data analysis
- To explore & elevate data solution to integrate eCom data and drive data analysis/reporting into next level
- Take lead to drive planning process change management with multiple teams internally & externally
- Strong team leadership to drive team alignments internally & externally
자격요건
- Expertise in business planning, esp. e-commerce planning background
- Business acumen, especially for e-commerce
- Strong data driven person & able to do hands on job
- Team leader, demonstrating interests in training, coaching and motivating subordinates
- Strategic Planning, critical thinking, and Problem solving skills
- Tolerance to stress, high energy and strong job ownership
- High degree of integrity and loyalty
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to internal and external stake-holders
