담당업무
① CRM
- Support the local marketing team in the implementation of Global Campaigns as well as Always On Campaigns
via eDM/SMS communication
- Provide local support in terms of segmenting customers based on engagement and purchase behaviour
- Collaborate with the regional and global marketing teams in particular the Asia regional analyst in delivery of
campaign and programme performance and optimisation
- Work with digital product team and global marketing team on technical and data requirements
- Make performance optimization recommendations
- Partner with internal teams to ensure all communications are compliant with worldwide messaging, brand, legal,
and privacy requirements
- Coordinate completion of defined campaign activities including :
Set up of eDM and SMS messages
Make ad- hoc changes to copy and content
Audience Selection
Implement AB and similar testing
- Take local control of marketing cloud administration
ex) Unsubscribes, Volume Cap
② Retail Support
- Support seasonal campaigns of retailers as well as update on opening/relocation/closing
- Manage and support Partnership with Sr. Marketing Associate

자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of working experience in CRM
- Experiences in sourcing data from the marketing cloud or other data sources & previous administration and
management of marketing cloud environment
- Ability to manage marketing campaigns and automation in a Marketing Cloud (Email and SMS - Mobile
Connect)
- Business proficiency in both written and verbal English
- Prefer: Experience with one or more leading marketing automation vendors, e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud,
Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Marketo.
- Experience of building Marketing Templates and Content Blocks using a marketing cloud content builder –
preferably SFMC
- Nice to have: Experience of working with Salesforce Advertisement Studio, Social Studio
