담당업무
① Marketing Strategy
- Leads the FE through specific action plans and strategies, linking goals to company-wide strategy
- Leads strategy and marketing planning and communicates the plan to key stakeholders to gain organizational
agreement
- Able to understand market dynamics and capture core insight to develop relevant implication from the
opportunities and challenges for business strategy
- Continually monitors market trends and mentors others on sources of volume and strategic focus.
- Engaging sales on developing marketing plan and detailed execution plans for sales to deploy in timely manner
- Evaluates market intelligence to derive market understanding and implication to develop business strategies and
tactics
- Develop and maintain int’l network to facilitate information gathering and global support
- Develops and manages a marketing budget and completes P and L analysis to drive business strategy and
outcomes.
② Product Management
- Actively manages the product life cycle
- Leads pricing strategy and ensures alignment with organizational goals.
- Provides clear, strategic and prioritized direction to the field sales organization through written communications,
presentations at training meeting and informal interactions.
- Develops and incorporates the PLCM plan into the initial strategy.
- Forecasts sales while considering the market, product, and other valuable factors.
- Develops organizational best practices for the management of sales channel strategy
- Analyzes customer requirements and provide customized technical supports or solutions.
- Evaluates data comparing the organization’s products or services to competitors’ offerings.
- Develops sales training curriculum that is in line with business unit objectives
③ Marketing Communications
- Design and develops communications events and campaigns.
- Lead marketing team in establishing best practices by applying diverse marketing channels
- Lead and generate a communication plan which articulates the outputs of the strategic choices.
④ Customer Insight/Developments
- Builds increasing network of KOLs to achieve business need.
- Leads marketing activities in success with a variety of products in diverse markets.
- Synthesizes customer needs to create future innovations.
- Shapes customer value propositions that are consistent with business strategies.
- Establishes targets for customer portfolios.
- Optimizes market share by delivering superior customer value
- Develop strong relationships with key customers by understanding and managing their needs and expectations
자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Min. 7 years related experience in marketing and sales
- Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
- Proficiency in verbal and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Strategic thinking and can-do mindset in challenging circumstances
- Communication skill: accuracy, able to individualize per counterpart’s tone & manner
- Management skill and multi-tasking ability
- Be persistent and proactive
