담당업무

① HR Strategy & Talent Management

- Understand the business strategy/vision and needs for the current & future business development in order to

  optimize organization development.

- Design and execute HR initiatives to support and add value to the business.

- Initiate talent management cycle and drive feedback management process such as OBL and MRL.

- Have development measures for key positions & high potentials defined and tracked with healthy succession

  plan.

② Recruitment and Employer Branding

- Define the best strategy to source top talents and deliver high quality work in hiring via innovative platforms

- Ensure clear understanding of job requirement and expectation from the hiring managers.

- Keep talent pool and build up network in talent market for pipeline preparation through employer branding

  strategy.

③ Compensation & Benefits

- Responsible for yearly WSI cycle incl. variable compensation

- Review appropriateness and competitiveness of overall C&B and come up with solution to retain talented

  people.

- Support International Assignment team and expat employee(C&B,housing, tax, etc)

- Manage other fringe benefit in CTK.

④ HR Controlling & Data Analysis/HR operation

- Prepare budget and forecast for HC considering HC efficiency.

- Facilitate yearly strategic workforce planning(SWP)

- Support FICO team in terms of HR Data topics and Executive Information update.

- Develop and review the HR organization, process, system and infrastructure.

- Consult with employees on employee-related issues.

⑤ General affair / Facility management / ESH

- Set up, improve and implement rules, procedures and responsibilities in administrative fields.

- Take the lead for specific event management

- Supervise & ensure facility management services at CTK office and contact with Landlord for operation needs

- Assure set-up, implementation, coordination and maintenance of ESH system in line with Corporate ESH

  standard

 

자격요건

- 5 years of relevant experience in Human relations

- Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant discipline

- Advanced skill in IT tools relevant for HR task

- Fluent in English

- Exposure in driving process improvement initiative and leading projects

- Working experience at international company is preferred
