담당업무

① Administration Operation and Team Coordination

- Support daily office administration includes managing office supplies, procurement of office equipment,

  processing utilities bills (if applicable), consolidating expense reimbursement, etc.

- Be the point of contact with enterprise IT, coordinating procurement of IT equipment and ensuring employees

  in Korea office are well supported with the IT tools

- Support the on-boarding of new joins including office orientation and coordinating welcome events

- Be the project lead for the office move (if applicable) including site visit, shortlisting construction vendors for

  General Manager approval, coordinating with US team on office layout, developing milestone and following up

  on progress, and maintaining an active loop with the local team on updates and feedback

- Coordinate activities for local leadership team such as calendaring, identifying veues, and managing logistics

  and leading the communications; likewise for executive visits

- Lead and coordinate employee engagement activities

② HR Operations and Execution

[Compensation administration]

- Manage and execute payroll OR coordinate with payroll vendor; responsible for timely and errorless payroll

  execution, benefits administration and income tax reporting and settlement from end to end

- Ensure controls are in place at all times and conduct self-audit, or any audit as required, regularly

- Manage enterprise HR Information System (Workday) for local team and be the point person for employee

  consultation related to Workday matters

- Keep abreast with local regulations and inform Asia HR Lead on changes to ensure full compliance at all times

- Manage proper employee records such as employment contracts, payroll records for active and terminated

  employees as per local or enterprise requirements

[Policies and Processes]

- Ensure policies are in compliance with local regulations and actively manage the implementation of Rules of

  Employment and PIPA policy

- Support the management of annual leaves for the local team in conjunction with managers and General

  Manager; lead the execution of measures to enable employees to take annual leaves within the year

- Keep abreast with local legislation and propose updates and changes as appropriate

- Be the key driver of HR policy implementation, in conjunction with Asia HR Lead and General Manager

- Make accruals for HR and People costs such as outstanding annual leaves and benefits entitlements as required

③ Others

- Play an active role in identifying efficient ways to manage office admin to enable business focus

- Be the Korea HR point person, maintain an active loop with Asia HR Lead including regular 1:1s and ad-hoc calls

  as well as joining Asia HR meetings

- Visit the enterprise website regularly and, if deemed appropriate, share relevant enterprise updates with Korea

  team

- Support General Manager and local team on any admin matters as appropriately assigned

- Support ad-hoc admin or HR tasks/ projects as needed

 

자격요건

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR operations, among which 3 years must be in hands-on payroll, benefits

  administration and income tax reporting and settlement in a considerably large organization

- Experience in office administration is highly preferred, ideal with experience in executive assistanceship

- Experience working in multi-national companies is preferred, but not a must
