담당업무

- Assisting on daily HR operations and providing administrative support to all HR matters in both Korea and

  Japan offices

- Partnering with hiring managers to source for the right talents and assisting on the full cycle recruitment

  process 

- Advising employees on HR policies and processes

- Managing on-boarding/off-boarding processes

- Collaborating with team members in various initiatives to enhance employer branding

- Managing various Regional People team iniatives

- Other tasks and duties as assigned

자격요건

- Good degree from recognized university in Korea or overseas

- 4+ years of experience in HR generalist position

- Strong oral and written communication skills in English

- Knowledge in Japanese language is advantageous

- Familiar with Korea and Japan employment related rules and regulations

- Ability to handle ambiguous situations in a startup environment

- Work well with cross functional teams in a fast pace environment
