담당업무

- Perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, scheduling, offer negotiation and closure

- Keep close communication and guide candidates from process stage to on-boarding

- Maintain and manage sourcing channels (Job portals, internal referrals, vendors etc)

- Prepare weekly hiring reports to manager and other ad hoc reports such as market survey as required

- Maintain good communication with all stakeholders – Hiring Managers and other related internal teams

- Support other HR/Recruitment ad hoc activities

자격요건

- Bachelor’s degree or above

- Minimum 5 years or above experience in recruiting

- Experience in hiring diversified skills, especially in the semiconductor industry preferable

- Good command in English and Korean (verbal and written communication skills)

- Self-driven, passionate individual and team player with the ability to closely interact with business, understand

  priorities, resolve challenges and drive progress
