▷ 담당업무
- Work with a multidisciplinary team of polymer scientists and engineers to develop ionomers for membrane and electrode binder for fuel cell and water electrolysis.
- Support ionomer formulation and coating development activities for cast and impregnated membranes making.
- Support ink formulation and coating development activities for electrodes preparation.
- Correlate material and processing parameters with performance of membrane and electrode.
- Execute screening and durability evaluation of membrane and electrode.
- Plan and perform a wide range of testing protocols, including performance, reliability and durability, for membrane and electrode in fuel cell and water electrolysis setup.
- Report results analysis and key findings.
- Understand the effect of chemical modifications of the ionomers on membrane and electrode performance and durability.
- Conduct electrochemical characterization, such as polarization tests, to quantify performance losses. Use electrochemical models to simulate experimental data and identify performance loss components.
- Support failure analysis and post mortem evaluation of membrane and electrode.
- Assist in the review and monitoring of patent/scientific literature relevant to our products/technology.
- Work with sales, marketing, customer technical development, customers, and suppliers to support the development of new products.
- Collaborate within an internal and external worldwide network of ionomers application labs to exchange and develop best practices and bring the best in class solutions to customers

▷ 자격요건
- Master Degree or Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering.
- Consolidated experience in fuel cells, batteries or other electro-chemical devices.
- Experience in polymeric membrane fabrication is a plus.
- Experience in polymers chemistry, polymers physics and characterization is a plus.
- Industrial experience in Research and Development is a plus.
- 5 or more years of working experience. A fresh PhD is acceptable.
- Fluent Korean and English, written and spoken
