Responsibilities
1. Lead the team in educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately helping to grow existing business, helping the team manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners)
2. Lead in proposing full funnel advertisement solutions & consultative presentations to advertisers in pre-sales pitching stage with the sales team
3. Drive education on product, company updates and share company best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business with deep understanding of various verticals such as gaming
4. Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams, support the team to identify, create, and implement ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners, in collaboration with the sales team
5. Identify up-selling opportunities by monitoring campaign delivery and revenue growth
6. Keep an accurate record of all pending and active campaign plans, assist in maintaining campaign schedule and availability of ad placements
7. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, identify, and implement effective and scalable processes for our growing Client Solutions team

Qualifications
1. BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in advertising, marketing or IT industry with specialty in branding/performance marketing campaigns
3. Experience in managing and leading a large group (junior to senior), and developing high performing team & ensuring motivating work culture
4. Deep understanding of the digital landscape, which includes branding/performance ads knowledge and a passion for social media with strong multi-tasking and analytical skills
5. Experience in solving problems in global matrix-organization, working closely with tech/contents moderation/ad review/product marketing/sales teams
6. Ability to proactively troubleshoot, problem solve quickly and escalate through the correct process
7. Proficient in Korean and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills
