Job Description
- Deploy sales targets according to offline business strategies, be responsible for formulating channel business strategies and operation plans, and lead the team to complete sales tasks and profit indicators
- Responsible for the expansion and rational layout of regional offline channel providers and stores, responsible for regional sell-in/sell-out targets, and find ways to promote the improvement of regional store sell-out
- Implement the headquarters' price system and sales policy
- Responsible for the improvement of team organizational structure, system, process and daily management of channel business, and conduct business guidance, training and assessment for the team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of offline sales experience, must have a background in brand manufacturers
- 3-5 years of experience in regional market channel development and store sales
- Familiar with regional market channels, customers and business distribution
- Experience in expanding regional markets from 0-1 is preferred
- Strong ability to withstand pressure, good at learning, positive
- Experience with Nintendo and SIE is preferred
