▣ 포지션
반도체 Package Engineer
As a package design and development engineer, this person will be responsible for defining package spec, designing package, updating package design via collaborating with off-chip PSI engineer, and communicating with logic & physical design teams, customers, OSATs and other supply chain companies to plan & execute package development.

▣ 주요업무
   - Define package requirements and package spec based on technical information
   - Collaborate with the SOC design teams (Logic / PI / PD) to optimize SOC floorplan and bump map on the package perspective
   - Various, wide, and deep knowledge and experience of package design as well as Knowledge of package structure, design rule and assembly processes
   - Execute and lead package design
   - Update package design via collaborating with off-chip PSI engineer after reviewing off-chip PSI results for drawn package design
   - Collaborate with OSATs and other supply chain companies, and manage them for package development
   - Survey OSAT and other supply chain companies for capability, trend, and technology

▣ 자격요건
   - Define package spec to meet the product requirements
   - Plan and execute package design without any errors and in time
   - Secure and assure package substrate materials and assembly capacity
   - Experience as a package design engineer for SoC products for minimum 12 years (plus point: 2.5D package design experience)
   - Knowledge and technical background in package design, package types, package options, package materials, and off-chip PSI analysis
   - Cooperative attitude/manner to collaborate with related teams & engineers and customers
   - Good communication skills (plus point: global communication skills)
   - Creative problem-solving capability
   - A strategic and analytical mind
