직무 개요
- Drive sales of X-Rite products at printing & packaging market
- Active prospecting of new customers in P&P market, generate & follow up on new sales leads.
- Maintain and grow sales within existing customers through regular calls and visits. Ensure all customer needs are being attended to actively.
- Maintain and manage Customer Database & Funnel through SFDC
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer’s question
- Prepare progress, funnel and forecast reports on a weekly basis for a Sales Director
- Responsible closing deals and processing payment
- Responsible for customer follow-up
- Developing leads and referrals
- Daily tasks include sales quotation, communication/negotiation with customers

경력 요건
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience related to sales experience; Preferred Printing & Packaging Experience
- Good at communication and speech skills
- Monitoring and strong follow-up with customers
- Selling skills; Understands the sales process
- Direct sales skill from prospecting
- Willing to make many customer visits and meetings, 8-10visits/week
- Solution/System sales experience rather than consumable sales
- Mindset of gam change/creating new standard
- Fast learning and generalization ability
- Familiar with CRM / Sales Database and a “sales funnel”, preferably have experience with Salesforce
- Good spoken and written in English
- Competency and Personal Trait Profile
