Advanced Development Process Integration

​▣ 담당업무
1. Development of new DRAM array storage architecture;
2. Research and development of new DRAM transistor/capacitor materials;
3. New device design and performance optimization;
4. Research and development of key processes and process integration technologies;
5.TEG design, peripheral circuit design, structural/electrical test program development;
6. Material, process and device simulation.

▣ 자격요건
1. Master degree or above, major in semiconductor, physics, materials science and engineering, microelectronics, etc.
2. At least 4 years experience in semiconductor industry materials, processes or devices, familiar with cutting-edge technologies in semiconductor research and development, familiar with semiconductor chip product definition, development to mass production process;
3. Proficient in semiconductor physics, semiconductor devices and semiconductor chip research and development knowledge, with more than 3 years of process integration or device development experience;
4. Experience in semiconductor advanced technology R&D or device design and development;
5. Proficient in data analysis software such as office and JMP, fluent in English.
Foreign experts can be full-time or part-time

Advanced process technology

​▣ 담당업무
1. Explore advanced logic process for DRAM in the future. Including but not limited to advanced logic device performance evaluation, machine evaluation, process evaluation, cost evaluation, etc., to explore the logical process optimal path for future generations of DRAM.
2. Develop the process roadmap to realize the future logical process path, as well as the details of resources, machines, processes and road maps.
3. Set up a team to integrate and lead R&D departments such as Device, PE and YE to realize the development of future logical process platform through technological innovation and the introduction of new machines.
4. Based on the new process platform, cooperated with design to develop DRAM products for future applications of high bandwidth, high speed and low power consumption, especially to meet the needs of advanced AI computing power, and realized mass production.
5. Candidates can choose management or technical positions according to their abilities and wishes.

▣ 자격요건
1. Master degree or above, major in microelectronics, integrated circuit, physics, etc.
2. Solid basic knowledge of semiconductor device physics.
3. At least 5 years of advanced logic PI, PE, YE related experience, or 10 years of non-advanced logic experience.

3. Review technical documentation to ensure process development meets quality standards.
4. Facilitate communication among stakeholders.
5. Identify technical and resource requirements and drive cost reductions.

▣ 자격요건
1. Ph.D. and/or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry with a background in leading R&D integration teams.
3. Familiarity with DRAM development process integration.
4. Strong technical and project management skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced tech company, holding patents, and proven success in leading projects.
