< Responsibilities >
■ Team’s Role
  • - Conduct design and technology research for precision motion mechanisms, including product development, conceptual proposals, detailed design, prototyping, testing and validation, and preparation of technical reports.
  • - Collaborate with Japanese companies, research institutes, and universities in the field of precision structural design to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
■ Specific Duties
  • - Perform mechanical design and development, creating models with 3D CAD tools.
  • - Lead design and development processes with a strong focus on research workflows.
  • - Conduct advanced research on future mechanisms and propose innovative design concepts.

◈ 경력 요건
< Required Qualifications >
  • - Proven development and design experience in mechanical engineering (mechanism technology)
  • - Hands-on experience in mechanical design using 3D CAD tools
  • - Strong academic or professional background in mechanical design, manufacturing, mechatronics, or materials processing
  • - 10+ years of experience in mechanical design or precision motion mechanism design
< Preferred Qualifications >
Candidates with the following experience will be highly valued:
  • - Extensive 3D design experience
  • - Demonstrated ability to contribute original ideas and proposals
  • - Experience in the development and design of precision mechanism components requiring specialized know-how (e.g., hinges, sliding and
    rotational mechanisms)
  • - Mechanical design experience in consumer electronics (e.g.,mobile phones, laptops, digital cameras, etc.)
  • - Experience in the design of watch mechanisms, optical device actuators, precision rotating shafts, or hinges
