Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Strategy & Planning
. Develop corporate strategy aligned with company vision
. Support annual planning, KPI setting, and performance tracking
2. Strategic Projects & Execution
. Support strategic initiatives, such as business development, market expansion, equity financing, and partnerships
. Evaluate strategic options through financial and operational analysis
3. Financial Analysis
. Build financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives
. Translate initiatives into clear financial and strategic impact for decision-making
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
. Partner with teams across the organization
. Prepare reports for executives and BOD
Qualifications
. 2–7 years of relevant experience
. Bilingual in English and Korean
