◈ 경력 요건
- 10+ years of experience as a producer or project manager in games, live services, or digital content production
    - Proven track record shipping live updates, seasonal releases, or content drops
    - Strong ability to create and maintain schedules, milestones, and dependency plans across multiple disciplines
    - Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity through structure and communication
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
    - Working knowledge of modern development practices (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
    - High attention to detail, strong prioritization skills, and a player-first quality bar

    ◈ 우대 요건
- Experience producing content for shop, ecommerce, or monetization initiatives
    - Experience supporting a live product or online game with frequent releases
    - Familiarity with art and asset pipelines (art, animation, VFX, audio)
    - Expertise with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools
    - Experience improving internal tools and workflows in partnership with engineers
    - BA/BS or equivalent practical experience
