#담당업무

-Using strong Accounting and tax skills to navigate stakeholders through the accurate reporting
-Preparation of consolidated F/S of Korea entities for group reporting package and statutory reporting.
-Primary window for response of external audit both group package and statutory
-Lead the General accounting, reporting and tax staffs for ensuring timely basis reporting by month, quarter and year basis including tax filing
-Lead and review AAK Group monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation process. Ensure timely follow up on actions to clear outstanding matters.
-Ensure proper governance around GL and Group Consolidations process
-Training other accounting related functions, AP, AR, Treasury for updated information
-Provide advice to Cost and Commercial Finance on all accounting and taxation matters including areas such as allocation and revenue recognition etc.
-Primary responsible for filing of CIT, VAT and other corporate tax matters.
-Understanding legislative taxation changes, identify tax exposures and opportunities that align with business goals
-Take lead in supervising and management of tax audits and disputes
-Cultivate strong working relationships within APACFinance and other Finance teams in other countries
-Lead ad hoc projects as required
-Lead with a strong compliance and integrity mindset
-Lead the internal control self-assessment

#자격요건

- Must have a consolidation accounting experience among affiliates
- Degree in Business/Accounting/Economics
- At least 10 years experiences in consolidation and tax function that you have gained in either a Big 4 accounting firm or accounting division of a large corporate
-Skilled in undertake research and functional and financial analysis and hold an understanding of local and global GAAP
-Strong leadership skills required to drive environment of continuous improvement
-Mature operation skills of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
-Various experience of ERP and reporting tool
-Self-motivator
-Set priority under high pressures
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Korean
