Roles and Responsibilities

This position has responsibility and authority for:
 

l  Motivated, Self-directed individual capable of executing assigned tasks and solving problem in a professional
manner.

l  Demonstrated ability to provide project level leadership.

l  Participate in relevant trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.

l  Develop professional sales presentations tailored to the potential customer needs requirements.

l  Secure and further enhance the image of Durr as a reliable and competent business partner for the supply
of CTS products.

l  Provide regular feedback to local and divisional management on market potential, targeted projects,
quotation status and competitors activities.

l  Provide tendering contractors involved in regional projects by guiding them to utilize equipment and
products from all over the world in order to achieve world competitive quality levels and prices.

l  Develop new customer & business field.

l  Establish effective internal global communications regarding customers, products and services in order to
maximize engineering and sales effectiveness.

l  Liaise with other members of sales team and other departments/Durr divisions to ensure good
communication with each OEM.

l  Perform other related duties as assigned.

l  Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time to ensure the fulfillment of company
customer, service, development objectives and company image as per changeable business environment.

l  In particular to undertake acquisition and sales activities for Durr Korea, achieving the objectives of market
penetration and order intake according to business plan.

Skill/Job Requirements

l  Higher Diploma / Degree in Engineering for mechanical, electrical, controls

l  At least 5 ~ 10 years experience in the business field

l  Commercial background and negotiating skills

l  Strong sales and marketing know-how

l  Self-starter with ability to lead and motivate a team

l  Experience working in cross-functional teams with application engineering and operations groups relative to
the application of products and execution of projects is desirable.

l  Creativity and attention to detail needed to develop project bid alternates unique providing a competitive
advantage

l  Experience with SAP and/or other Engineering Data Management systems is preferred.

l  Excellent planning & analytical skills.

l  Good communication and people approach

l  High commitment and hard working attitude, cost awareness

l  Good command of English
