직무 개요
: Working with auto sales manager and play a role as company’s window for the Korean business of EAM(Fuel Emission Valve, Engine Valve Traint&Supercharger, Battery Venting Valve etc) products. Coordinate customer-related business issues for EAN products, build customer relationship, create new business, and analyze market status including competitor’s activities.
- Responsable produits – Engine Air Management(Fuel Emission, Valve Traint&Supercharger, Battery Venting Valve etc)
- Responsible for leading and directing the regional sales strategy and activities for specific OEM, Tier I, and aftermarket account. In addition, responsible for managing all customer programs that revolve around pricing, revenue growth, profitability, design, product selection, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high level of interaction with customers and ensure high levels of professionalism are maintained at all times.
- Discover customer needs, select products, quantify value, develop offerings, offer value propositions, and close new business.
- Work with people of different functions (such as Sales / SCM / Product Engineering / Production / Quality Assurance / Logistics, etc.) and different groups (Eaton internal / Customer Side / Related Partners, etc.)
- Internal project coordination and follow up of each relevant program. Organizes and participates in routine meetings, follow up relevant tasks, advises critical issues, and coordinates for solution to solve problems.
- Conduct business practices under established quality systems. Ensure legal, ethical and contractual conditions are maintained with customers.
- Completes monthly reports on key business information along with budget and sales forecasting data.
- Attending SIOP meeting with accurate forecast review from customers
- Serves as a member of a cross-functional global customer interface team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Leads the development of the regional customer strategy for both the annual profit and five-year strategic plans. Generates and communicates customer forecasts by program and probability of winning new business
- Provides input into the description, qualification, and recommendations of growth opportunities for new product systems.
- Assists in the evaluation of a technology strategy to meet customer needs and product strategies.
- Gathers competitive information that project product / platform trends / directions and reports it to the Global Sales Manager
- Manages cost reduction programs to support customer cost cutting initiatives while maintaining internal profitability targets.
- Responsible for managing Material and General Economics recovery at regional customer.
- Evaluates and communicates customer performance reports.
- Deploys the customer relationship review(CRR) process and assists in developing action plans to improve customer satisfaction performance.
- Assists with the resolution of all open DSO issues at responsible customer base.
- Support all Eaton Business System tasks assigned to the Sales and Marketing function (including PROLaunch, Eaton Value Cycle, TS cetification, etc.)
- Builds customer-supplier relationships through daily interface with customer, operations, and engineering.
- Contributes to the development of pricing and commercial terms and conditions to include the management of material and general economics recovery.
- Has the responsibility and authority to ensure that customer requirements are addressed and communicated to the customer including inquiries, contracts or order handling, including amendments.
- Based on customer needs / wants and competitive pressures, makes recommendations as to course of action (strategy) to meet Eaton and customer expectations.
- Acts as a point of contact for commercial warranty issues, quality issues, and customer complaints.
- Complies with the requirements of the Quality & Environmental management systems
- Originates, develops, and facilitates training at customer locations (if applicable)
- Performs additional functions as required.
- Assist and follow up all the automotive products sales activity if required
- Set up PP for following year and SP for next 5 years
- If required, assist and follow up other automotive products
- Divisional monthly report
- Market research : check OEM’s new program and competitor’s activity etc

경력 요건
- Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably in mechanics, electronics or related engineering
- At least 10 years working experience in automotive company.
- Experience in automotive components engineering.
- Must have business communication and negotiation skill.
- Good command of English in talking and writing
- Willing to succeed even in unpleasant situations, strong ability to get along with customers.
- Understand and develop the product development process, like TS-16949 / APQP.
- Good communicator, outgoing
- Creative even when regular procedures fail
- More rational than emotional
- Initial experience in guiding people
- Strong personal learning background
