◈ 직무 개요
- Design and Development: Be responsible for the design work of new wig caps, including hairpieces, hair clips, etc., ensuring that the design meets the aesthetic and practical needs of African - American women in the United States.
- Market Trends: Research and analyze the latest trends in the wig market, especially the specific needs of the African - American women market in the United States, ensuring that the design is innovative and has market competitiveness.
- Product Improvement: Participate in the new product trial - production process, collect feedback, and put forward improvement suggestions for the product to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: Complete the collation and analysis of relevant data, provide data support for the production department, and optimize the production process and cost control.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the design team, provide creative guidance and technical support, and enhance the overall design ability of the team.
-Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing and production departments to ensure that the design concept is accurately implemented and meets the needs of production and market promotion.
- Material Selection: Be familiar with various wig materials, including human hair and chemical fiber, etc., and select the most appropriate materials according to product positioning and cost - effectiveness.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the product quality in the design and production processes meets the company's standards and customer expectations.
◈ 경력 요건
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above in a relevant design major.
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of wig design experience, and those with experience in designing for the African - American women market in the United States are preferred.
- Skill Requirements: Be proficient in using various design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, as well as relevant tools and techniques for wig making
