◈ 직무 개요
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they meet all technical requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Design and develop complex electrical systems and products, including circuit design, PCB layout, and system integration.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of electrical designs to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project goals.
- Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering to drive innovation and technical excellence.
- Provide technical leadership in problem-solving sessions and design reviews.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and product manuals.

- A minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Expert knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and tools, including CAD software and simulation tools.
- Progressive imaging experience.
- Proven experience in designing and developing complex electrical systems, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Current knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements related to electrical engineering.

- Experience in biomedical engineering.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance, including FDA regulations.
- Familiarity with Design for Excellence (DFX) principles.
- Experience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) processes.
- Knowledge of micro-controllers and single-board computers (SBCs) such as ARM, FPGA, and AVR.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile Management, FMEA, and MS Project.
- Research experience in X-Ray Technologies, AI, Computer Vision, and Medical Devices.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical engineering.
