◈ 직무 개요
<General Management>
- Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations
- Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations
- Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies, monitoring and assessing their performance and maintaining cost-effective practices
- Implementing logistic strategies, tracking goods from the origination point to the warehouse
- Analyzing the supply chain data and solving any issues or putting alternative plans in place
- Identifying and minimizing risk by predicting the demand for products and adopting new technology with no interruption to the process
- Developing contingency supply plan for core raw product
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders
- Supervising and training employees
<Commercial Communication>
- Proactively communicating with internal / external customers about any issues or disruptions in the supply chain.
- Act as the main customer point of contact and coordinate across internal departments to meet their needs.
- Holding regular meetings with customers to review and present performance metrics and address any issues.
- Lead cross functional teams (e.g S&OP) to eliminate any fulfillment risks and delays. Define cross-functional actions to mitigate and solve any potential delay.
<Supply Chain Visibility and Transparency>
- Work close with customers to forecast demand, anticipate needs, and align on production planning
- Provide customers with full visibility into the supply chain to foster trust and better planning.
- Sharing information proactively about potential delays, disruptions, or changes to inventory availability.
- Ensuring that inventory levels aligned with key stakeholders maintained including new products
- Monitor stock levels in real time and lead actions to ensure replenishment are sent on time.
- Managing disruptions to ensure minimal impact on customers.
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions such as natural disasters, labor strikes, or transport delays

◈ 경력 요건
- - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field Experience: - 12~15 years of experience in global logistics, and supply chain management within a multinational organization. (food & beverage experiences preferred)
- - Professional certification in supply chain / Logistics preferable. - Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP and QAD preferable).
- - Strong understating of logistics, regulatory environments, and economic dynamics in the region.
- - Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Professional Proficiency in English or Chinese.
- - Experience with ERP systems, demand forecasting tools, and logistics management software is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
