◈ 직무 개요
- Develop and grow enterprise customers in Korea.
- Achieve sales target assigned by the company, and specially focus on Cloud sales.- Develop and execute sales strategies for exploring new customers and business opportunity to maximize sales prospect and company’s market penetration.
- Support daily sales inquiries from commercial perspective and respond to RFQ/RFPs.
- Supports sales related matters, not limiting to service delivery, billing and post sales services etc.
- Negotiate with prospects and accounts to close business. Liaise with internal to ensure the solution meet customer requirement. Establish sales model and support agreement for new customers.
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers as well as to provide worldclass customer service to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales report and formulate sales pipeline for each customer account and respective region.
- After-sales support including service performance review, process improvement etc.

◈ 경력 요건
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering related subjects.
- Minimum 4-5 years of information technology related sales, business development or consulting experience in Enterprise market.- Responsible, Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Proactively explorer new customers by self-motivation.
- Experience with Partner Development, management skills, and delivering Go-to-Market strategies and results.
- Enterprise networking and/or telecommunication experience.
- Bilingual language in Chinese and Korean.
