직무 개요
1. CRM Campaigns Management
- Develop CRM strategy based on comprehensive landscape analysis & brand ambition
- Design 360  action plans to gain new customers & retain gained ones
- Flawless execution of CRM programs & coordination of all stakeholders from resource allocation and operation
- Monthly analysis based on KPIS & action plan proposal to drive sales through CRM 
2. Customer data analysis
- Issue results of the program on a monthly basis 
- Develop and improve necessary report formats and analysis criteria- Manage the customer profiles and transaction data and provide a regular analysis based on customer segmentation to be reflected on short, mid and long-term strategic planning and implementation for marketing and sales teams: CRM campaign results, etc 
- Monitor and analyses the effectiveness of all CRM actions 
3. Reporting
- Prepare overall  customer status by segment, by axis and campaigns franchise/product on a weekly, Monthly, yearly basis
- Prepare membership status, CRM actions with results, competitors’ activities report on a monthly basis
- Prepare CRM KPIs, capture sales rate, transaction by customer segment, Platinum customer status reports per counter and share to sales team 
4. Planing
- Plan and manage stock and expense by crm campaigns 
- Collaborate HQ & Region to elaborate the best plan for Korea
- Plan strategic communication scheme by customer level, by promotion, by launching

경력 요건
- Above University graduation
- Cosmetic industry experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and Team player
- Understanding and experience in CRM applicable to both of OFF LINE & ON LINE channels preferred
- Stategic agility and Strong analytics skills- MS Office skills- Fluency in English
