◈ 직무 개요
1. Talent Acquisition
- Identify the business needs and translate them into an agreed recruitment plan, aimed at the fulfillment of the needs within time, budget and quality constraints.
- Ensure that the recruitment procedures should well proceed with the initiatives and the cooperation with a department.
- Organize and monitor selection practices including recruitment through recruitment website, internal advertisement, staff referral, agency contacts, etc
- Develop and implement recruitment programs by analyzing the needs of each department
2. Learning & Development
- Planning and operation of programs for organizational development, job training, and leadership capabilities
- Review and implement Corporate Training Programs on site, and facilitate critical training, such as New Employee Orientation, etc.
- Administrate the core training initiatives and processes in compliance with corporate standards.
3. Organization Development & Global Projects
- Develop Employee engagement program planning and execution
- Manage annual performance/competency evaluation program Support kinds of new HR activities (Local/Global) and assist to implement the related projects such as HRIS, Specific tasks will be assigned accordingly
◈ 경력 요건
- At least 5 years experience related with HR specially Recruitment or HR generalist
- Professional experiences focused on talent sourcing works are preferred
- University degree is required
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and open mind
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Native Korea
