직무 개요
1. Human Resources Management
- Manage the standard operating procedures for human resources management
- Contribute to improving and managing assessment practices such as promotion etc
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Review linkage between performance and rewards as part of the annual review cycle 
- Perform the related local projects and regional projects such as several HRIS modules 
- Ensure to update data of employees in HRIS in a timely manner  
2. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and implement C&B policies and practices
- Conduct budget process and manage people cost
- Manage annual salary review
- Participate in compensation & benefits related surveys and analyze the result 
- Ensure that compensation programs are complying with all government regulations
3. Employee Relations Management 
- Responsible for supporting practical and daily operational labor relations, such as collective bargaining agreements (CBA), wage bargaining agreements (WBA), labor-management council (LMC), and all other labor-management negotiations/conversations.
- Responsible for reviewing internal regulations and strengthening internal regulations based on recent labor law revisions and trends.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and practices
- Execute labor-management council and follow up on the issues four times a year
- Manage compliance issues and keep good relationships with government/agencies
- Organize the disciplinary committee that has fair and transparency 
4. General Affairs·        
- Develop and implement general affairs policies and practices 
5. Sustainability
- Explore sustainable opportunities in work and implement them in daily work.

경력 요건
- University degree is required
- Business Administration or Economics major preferred
- At least 8 years of experience related to the overall function of HR And have strong experience in C&B expert
- Positive, proactive, independent, transparent, process-oriented, and enthusiastic attitude toward working
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse departments
- Analytical way of thinking to come up with strategies and problem-solving
- Self-motivated for improvement and willing to accept new challenges
- Solid knowledge of the labor legislation, awareness of all related government rules and regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Korean and English
