◈ 직무 개요
1. General Accounting – AP
- Verify bills and invoices and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system
- Verify staff claims and compile for payment approval
- Prepare documentation for payment authorization and enter payment journals into the accounting system
- Check recurring expense items and maintain accrual procedure
- Be responsible for payable account reconciliation with sub-ledgers 
2. General Accounting – GL
- Maintain depreciation process in ERP and ensure its entry
- Calculate inventory provision and ensure its entry
- Confirm in-transit and ensure its entry
- Be responsible for inter-company balance reconciliation 
3. Tax
- Tax return filing : VAT (Quarterly) 
4. Others
- Administrative support for legal function

◈ 경력 요건
- University Degree
- 3~4 years of experience in General Accounting, Tax, and Audit- Experience in retail or FMCG business preferred
- Accounting certificate (CPA or AICPA) is an advantage
- ERP system (AX or SAP) experienced preferred.
- Analytic sense and Precise and accurate
- Good command of spoken and written English
