◈ 직무 개요
- Planning & Reporting: Develop the annual plan & report based on brand guideline, marketing plan and business objectives.
- Budgeting: Support Communication Director to develop the quarterly budgeting plan, and undertake responsibility of the monthly budget management.
- Managing Relations with Communication VIPs: Regularly develop and strengthen relationships with press & opinion leaders (including celebrities)
- Implementing Brand/Product Eventing: Take lead of planning and executing brand/product event in line with central guideline, allowing adequate lead-time and making very close contact with external agency and Central/Regional teams
- Creating Local Initiatives: Develop admired and impactful local initiatives under the brand guideline, and share with Regional/Central offices
- Managing Communication Materials: Manage communication materials of new launched and pillar products on a regular basis
- Managing PR/E-PR KPIs: Review and analyze PR/E-PR resultants on a monthly basis, and report to Regional/Central office
- Managing Internal Communication: Leverage Internal communication of sharing the plan and resultants with internal team and Regional/Central Offices
- Supporting Media Crisis: Support Communication Director to manage media crisis under the group guideline.

◈ 경력 요건
- At least 7~12 years of PR/E-PR experience
- Strategic planning & execution in analytical and organized approach
- Excellent in communication (both Korean and English)
- Outgoing personality, good interpersonal skill
- Entrepreneurial Spirit, and cooperative attribute for strong teamwork
- Deep understanding of luxury and cosmetic industries
